Requirements for 'Colors of Life'

Colors of Life' is an e-magazine with limited print distribution copies and PDF files for online distribution. The children involved in the project will write, draw and provide contents. This activity will require them to learn a number of important life and career skills, not only the understanding of using technology and media to create something worthwhile, but also important skills of cooperation, teamwork, discipline, time management and perhaps most of all, taking responsibility for their own work.

Right now we have 12 children with us and in June 2010 we would have another 10. The total would be then 22 children. Help us to arrange the infrastructure for the project. At present we have 2 computers that are very old, running on windows 95, does't have usb drive or cd-rom. These were donated to us however its working to take the project ahead. We have to arrange the immediate requirements for the project. These includes 5 computers, 2 laser printer, stationery, wooden racks to keep the computers, 1 generator to back-up 5 computers and 1 UPS for 5 computers.

We have to plan things accordingly and I invite everyone to discuss these with us. Help us to plan and coordinate the task accordingly. We need to identify the corporates and contacts in and around the area so that we can approach them.
