URJA has got couple of families and quite likely that more families would join us. These families are poor and have odd jobs to sustain their living. They are highly motivated and have the fire within. The women and children from the family are part of this project. URJA is intended to raise the living standards of the family in training, provide enough financial support for the children to make their future secure. URJA will make Colorss a self-sustained model.
