Medical Health Check-up for Colorss Students

WHAT WE ARE UP TO :  Medical Health Check-Up for Colorss Students

As part of its efforts to boost the standards of living, Colorss Foundation is ensuring that children are always at their optimum health by conducting a Medical Health Check-Up Camp at Pune. This camp, which is currently ongoing, aims to conduct a health check on over 500 students from the 5th to 10th grades.  The Medical Camp is based at Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Technical High School, Pune Cantonment Board, Pune and will be in operation for a full two weeks.

The health status of children will be kept in check by Dr. Netra, a private General Practitioner. Each child will undergo a general examination to ensure that their body’s basic functions are in order. This ranges from checking their temperature and respiratory rate to the status of their skin, hair and nails. On top of this, systemic examinations will be conducted to ensure that their organ systems, from the central nervous system to the gastrointestinal system, are in top condition. With such close attention given to the health of each child, Colorss Foundation can ensure that the children are healthy and are not suffering from any serious diseases. However, if medication is required, Colorss Foundation will provide the medicine without any charge to the child in need after the medical check-up.

Colorss Foundation is a strong believer in that small steps will amass to a monumental change. By making sure that the next generation of India are healthy, Colorss Foundation will be able to continue its cause in creating a healthy, safe and positive environment for everyone to learn and work within.
