 After you finished learning a certain technique, you can choose to go to “practice” mode. In practice mode, the steps will run automatically to allow you to practice hands-free, which makes practicing much easier.

The courses giver, as well as the founder of Colorss Foundation, Mr. Anand Koti is a 2nd Black Belt in Karate and Green Belt in Kobudo [weapon system].
