‘Once you learn to read, you will be free forever’ | Colorss Foundation

67 Years of Independence yet today a large part of our population continues to live in the shackles of illiteracy .Years have passed by but till now an ideal 9% GDP has not been dedicated to the education sector. Right to education ensures free and compulsory education to children between 6- 14 years but what about those below 6 and between 14-18 years

As responsible citizens of this country we cannot wait for things to turn in our favor, in favor of betterment. What we can do is extend our helping hand, spread education and liberate the minds of many by supporting noble causes like the “LIBRARY PROJECT by COLORSS FOUNDATION”

This Library Project enables you to donate the books you have in excess to someone for whom they may be a necessity .With these books the Foundation plans to set up libraries in few of the government schools and the schools in the villages near Pune and Baroda accessible to all.
We all do realize the Importance of Education in today’s world both on a personal and professional front .Let us educate ourselves for the happiness and peace of mind so that we know the value of things and not their price.

The donation drive has started from across India. For more updates check us on Facebook. If you are interested to be a part of this project – write us an email – contact@colorss.org

For education
